Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Secretary/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. Duties: - Maintain accurate financial records by recording debits and credits - Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices - Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions - Conduct account analysis and prepare financial reports - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data - Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files - Assist with general office tasks as needed Experience: - Proven experience as a Secretary/Bookkeeper or similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks - Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting principles, and financial report writing - Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
